Yes it is expensive to do the T3. We asked our GP to do it when our Naturopath requested that. See if Dr. Lisa could do a colon cleanse. ensure this is done with water no chemicals. Giving up dairy, sugar and Gluten no wheat at all… has helped me a lot. However, I do not have this allergy when travelling to Asia, Europe. It could be the way it is grown/processed here.

If you use rice flour you can bake, make cookies, etc. very easily.

Wonderful discoveries! Is Chris less skeptical of Lisa? btw my family doctor would only perform the tests Lisa asked for if I got a written letter from Lisa stating why I needed the test. I also had to check the test requisition form to make sure the doctor requested said tests because she forgot to do the necessary extra thyroid tests.
