First the system at counter went down and checkin had to be done manually. It’s understandable, because things happen. Then I purchased priority and online the seats were 2 and 2 , bigger seats. So we were 3, my kids and me. When we got to the plane , it was 3 and 3 seats and small seats. We sat on a a very tight 3 seats row number 2, when a gentleman comes and says he’s on the B seat, he was right because I bought a c and d seats because of the configuration of 2 and 2 they presented online, must have been they changed planes and we got any seats. I think once you’ve got expectations and you paid for it is really disappointing not to get it. I just wanted to fly comfortably because my knees have to be extended and couldn’t do it on that seat that I didn’t purchased. Gladly the gentleman sat on the D (that was an aisle and more comfortable for him) and my kids sat together with me. I think the airline should give a better service or reimburse what was not given. I think image could be better. I’m thinking flying other airline, was just trying to diversify and have options, but there are 5 more that do the same flight.

I’m so sorry to hear this. That’s very disappointing to hear and very expensive for carry on bags!

However, unfortunately my experience with this airline was THE worst. The communication and access to information is poor. I had to pay $160 for a carry-on bag, after the phone agent confirmed with me TWICE that my bag was included. Then apologized multiple with no compensation for the inconvenience. The agents at Pearson were not sympathetic nor helpful. Just so many more inconveniences. Very unfortunate

Hum, weird. No meal or drink on long haul flights. No water too, is that even allowed? And no aeroplan points. Nah I’ll stick with Copa.

They didn’t with us and I didn’t notice them doing so with others. However it can happen I’m sure.

Also be helpful with people with disabilities. The last thing please give some water a least. The only thing convenient it is that people who live in the city of Santo Domingo don’t have to travel from Punta Cana, La Romana but the rest I personally don’t recommend
