Bulky is not always better in terms of warmth but also in terms of movement for the children. I am trying to figure out gear for my son mow as he starts school this year and will be outside playing for 3 hours a day! He does not do well in extreme temps. He is like Golidlocks lol if it is too hot or cold expect a meltdown.

PS – if you think it’s cold in Toronto, don’t visit the Yukon! It was -28 here the other night. This afternoon was lovely – sunny and -1. 🙂
