we went with the uppa because of the snow tires but I think there are more compact options out there now!

I’m a first time mom living in a condo in Toronto. I’m trying to decide on a stroller and I would prefer to have something compact for downtown living, like maneuvering my way on streetcars, subway stairs etc but I’m concerned about my ability to use the stroller in the winter as the compact strollers all have tiny wheels. What would you recommend?
