If you like the city vibes and want to enjoy walking around, I’d stay in Logrono. We spotted a playground there and the food was amazing & cheap. You could easily rent a car and do a day trip to the wine region and explore more of the area from there. I’m not too familiar with Haro but did want to visit the famous wine battle there. If you want to focus solely on the wineries, then Haro is a good option. I’m so excited for your trip.. please do let us know how your little ones enjoy the visit!!
