I have also included an Apple Curry and never thought that it existed! I am also en ex-pat Ceylonese/Sri Lankan living in Melbourne, Australia from where I host my website.

I have never tried or thought to try the combination of apples and curry together. looks delicious. definitely would love to give this dish a try
