I’d research late at night about health and nutrition. I know about collagen and bone broth but, have not felt the need to eat it. I do make my own vegetable broth when the ingredients are available at home. I eat the vegetables used to make the broth so, nothing goes to waste. I read a while ago that my incontinence was due to habits. Exercise for me tends to be intermittent so, changing my health through diet is easier. I also used to have knee pain so, I stopped exercising altogehter for many years.
