While I am counting down to our diaper free days, I’m also cherishing the few months (hopefully) that are left in our diapering ways. Little Monkey was out of diapers by the two and half year mark but of course Baby Boy’s cute little bottom (and everything that comes out of it!) are still well protected in ultra absorbent diapers. Huggies has a new set of diapers for these fast moving toddlers and we gave them a test run!

Unlike with Little Monkey, when it comes to diapers and Baby Boy…we’re constantly exploring new options to help us with his massive leaks, explosions and diaper rashes. This kid eats everything in sight so it’s no surprise that we have many a mishap when it comes to the massive deployments from both ends.To be honest I’m still not sure if it’s a girl vs. boy thing but we’ve been struggling to find one that won’t leak out on us atleast once a week.
Huggies has launched a new line of diapers JUST for Costco and since my folks shop at Costco on a near daily basis, they picked up a box for me. Huggies Little Snugglers Plus Diapers and Huggies Little Movers Plus Diapers are the newest and most premium diapers on the market and sold exclusively at Costco Canada. We grabbed a Little Movers Plus pack and was surprised by how ‘thick’ the main area was… this has helped control the mighty pees!
I’m so sick of the many outfit changes that Baby Boy tends to roam around in his diapers more often than not, when he’s at home. His chubby little legs running to catch up with Little Monkey are the cutest. He’s also into climbing everything and anything in sight and we’ve had many a diaper leak trickle onto the most random things (our couch is now permanently covered with blankets!)· The Huggies Little Movers Plus not only has cute ‘MeeeeeK’ (Mickey Mouse) designs but its trusted Leak Lock System helps prevent leaks and the Double Grip Strips prevent Baby Boy from pulling the tabs easily. He’s constantly trying to pull the diapers off and these ones make it a tad more difficult for him to do so. He’d happily run around naked if we gave him half a chance!
