If there’s one toy that’s in every corner of our house, it’s Elmo. This dude multiplies like there’s no tomorrow and I’m not allowed to even give one away, after all it’s one of Little Monkey’s favoruites. Remember our Elmo party last year? Well we’ve got a new recruit into our Elmo family, Let’s Imagine Elmo is here to stay folks and we’ve got a giveaway as well!
Disclosure : I am part of the PTPA Brand Ambassador Program with Hasbro and I received compensation as part of my affiliation with this group. The opinions on this blog, as always, are totally mine!
Let’s Imagine Elmo is a bit different than the other Elmos in our family because he offers a good range of interactive activities and entertains both kids for a while. Yes Let’s Imagine Elmo is geared more towards Little Monkey but Baby Boy loves cuddling with him and gets his dance moves on when we hears the songs. I also have to admit that unlike some toys, this Elmo’s tunes are really catchy! We’ve had him yapping away non stop for about two weeks and I’ve had no urge to fling him across the room like I do with some other toys. That’s a win Let’s Imagine Elmo! Though I did not enjoy him eating my Chocolate Peanut Butter Popcorn one afternoon (ahem!).
We used to watch a lot of Sesame Street a few months back and Elmo the Musical was a popular segment that had Little Monkey dancing around. Let’s Imagine Elmo helps extend that pretend play and keeps them out of my hair educates them for a long period of time. Let’s Imagine Elmo easily occupies Little Monkey for twenty minutes at a time… check out the video to see what I’m talking about! He comes with three different hats and has four modes of play. There’s body part squeezing, games and plenty of songs that teaches animal sounds and counting to twenty. Prince Elmo and Captain Elmo are the most popular at our place but on a rare occasion Cowboy Elmo makes an appearance too. I personally like him because he counts up to twenty! It took us forever to realize that Elmo wanted us to bounce him…the hubs and I spent a good hour trying to decipher that …we thought he wanted to dance! LOL!
Check out our Toopy & Binoo giveaway as well!
Let’s Imagine Elmo needs batteries but over the two weeks with non stop play the batteries are still strong as ever. This has received the PTPA seal of approval so we know it’s not just kid approved but parent tested too! You could win one of five Let’s Imagine Elmos and put a smile on your little one’s face by entering through the portal below. Good luck!!

October 16, 2014 at 10:12 amI don’t have an Elmo doll or anything Elmo yet but I think that his unique voice will definitely catch his attention and introduce him to something different he can interact with.
