We rang in the new year with my parents and a couple friends at our place and adhered to a couple Sri Lankan traditions where we exchanged money that is not to be spent until the next year and our first visitor brought us some milk to signify happiness and prosperity for the upcoming year. How did you say good bye to 2013?
