This year Little Monkey asked for a My Little Pony themed birthday and as you know, we had a week of celebrations in store. On Tuesday we told you about her plans and today is the day with her school friends! The girls will be arriving this afternoon and I have been given strict instructions on what they plan to do.
On Tuesday we had our family and our friends from the condo over and I thought I’d share a few pictures of the celebrations on Tuesday. We kept it very simple and didn’t go overboard (similar to the Shopkinz party last year) but I definitely miss the planning I engaged in for the Elmo birthday and Princess birthday! My mom did another great job on the cake once again (though she was still complaining that it wasn’t perfect!) and Netflix has a birthday wish featuring the My Little Pony gang singing happy birthday! That was a total mom win for sure. There are a couple other characters and we’ll be using it for Baby Boy as well. Just a nice way to make their birthdays extra special with their favourite characters.
The celebrations will continue with family this weekend and we have a lot of eating and drinking in store! Happy Friday!
